We proudly trace our history back over 75 years to one of the first law partnerships established in western Colorado.  Our principal goal is and always has been to provide increased value to our clients through high-quality, efficient and timely legal services that are aligned with and responsive to our clients' needs and challenges.

We are the largest law firm in western Colorado, employing eighteen attorneys, six legal assistants and an experienced support staff.  We are engaged in the general practice of law and represent individuals, companies and institutions in the areas of business and commercial law, trials and appeals, health care, labor and employment, immigration, workers' compensation defense, education law, banking, natural resources and environmental law, real estate, construction law, and a wide variety of probate and estate planning matters.

Our members serve on numerous local and regional professional, civic, and charitable boards and committees, because we believe that a strong community is good for the people and for business.  Our present and former attorneys include a Colorado Supreme Court Justice, Colorado Bar Association President, Colorado River Water Conservancy District Director, District Attorney, and Chairman of Colorado Commission on Higher Education.  Five members of the firm are former presidents of the Mesa County Bar Association.  Further, we are and have been active in numerous community organizations including the Mesa County Economic Development Council, Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, Museum of Western Colorado, Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra, Western Colorado Center for the Arts, Mesa State College and Foundation, St. Mary's Hospital and Foundation, United Way of Mesa County, Western Slope Center for Children, and Mesa County Public Library.
