Mr. Price has been engaged in the general practice of law in Colorado since 1984.  His practice
has emphasized general civil litigation before state and federal courts and administrative
agencies, education law, business transactions and contracts, health care law, real estate
transactions and disputes, construction disputes, natural resources and environmental law,
corporations and partnerships, employment law, workers' compensation, arbitration and
mediation. Since 2005, Mr. Price has specialized almost exclusively in representation of public
school districts and related entities. He serves as general counsel to Mesa Valley School District
No. 51, as well as numerous other school districts on Colorado's Western Slope.
