Michael H. Luedtke
Prior to joining Hoskin Farina & Kampf, Mr. Luedtke was a Staff Attorney with Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), a Grand Junction, Colorado based non-profit health plan, where he was employed since 2001.
During his tenure at RMHP, he worked in the areas of regulatory compliance, subrogation, provider credentials, benefit appeals and was also RMHP’s designated HIPAA Privacy and Security Official. Mr. Luedtke was previously engaged in civil practice primarily working in the areas of insurance defense and domestic relations. Mr. Luedtke currently serves on three local non-profit boards of directors and a community college advisory board.
