David M. Scanga

David M. Scanga is managing shareholder of the firm. He has been with the firm since 1983 and a shareholder since 1988. David's main area of practice is health care law in which he works with issues facing managed care entities, health care providers, insurance brokers, employers, health information exchanges and third party administrators. He has worked in this area of law since beginning practice with the firm.

 

David has represented clients before regulatory bodies and courts in the health law area. He also represents numerous businesses throughout western Colorado with business related legal issues. In addition to his focus on health care law, David frequently works in the areas of creditor rights and employment law. He is a frequent presenter to groups on health care law and employment issues. David has been awarded an AV® Peer Review Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell.
