John “Jack” T. Pryzgoda
Jack T. Pryzgoda joined the firm in 2019 and was elected a shareholder in 2026. Jack’s primary area of practice is complex civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, construction, and real estate matters. He enjoys working with and resolving disputes for a diverse group of clients across Western Colorado, including various businesses, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, property owners, mobile home park operators, and residential and commercial landlords.
Jack graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law where he served as a staff member for the Wyoming Law Review and interned with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.
